Transform your retail operations with Sky Ruby’s Retail Outlet Monitoring System, empowering your team to streamline operations, monitor performance in real-time, and drive sustainable growth.

Retail Outlet Monitoring System

The primary function of the ROMS is to control, monitor, and record fueling transactions and

deliver wet stock reconciliation in combination with ATG.

  • System provides precise monitoring of fuel consumption and eliminates the risk of non-authorized fueling.
  • Eliminates human error, assuring timely, accurate and detailed information capture for each vehicle and each fueling session.
  • Ability to track details such as run and idle time can pinpoint opportunities for improved driver training, eliminating wasted fuel. You’ll get the most from the fuel you have and reduce unnecessary wear-and-tear on your fleet
  • Always have complete data at your fingertips for reporting and financial purposes and for management review, analysis and decision-making. Streamlining processes and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of record-keeping.

End – End Fuel Management System

Welcome to our comprehensive End-to-End Fuel Management System, designed to prevent unwanted leakages during fuel handling and transfer. With our advanced equipment like ATG (Automatic Tank Gauging), AVR Scanner, and FCC (Forecourt Controller), we ensure complete control over every step of the fuel transfer process.
Our system empowers you to manage fuel efficiently, thwarting theft and leaks effectively. Simplify your fuel accounting and gain peace of mind knowing that every drop is tracked and accounted for seamlessly.

Automatic Tank Gauging

Many vehicle telematics and stationary object monitoring systems provide fuel tank monitoring feature. Quite often, fuel level measurement is one of the core fleet’s requirements to GPS vehicle tracking system for trucks, construction and agricultural equipment. Moreover, information on fuel volume fill ups and fuel draining volumes from tank or storage is useful for telematics systems of vessels and railroad machinery – equipment with high fuel consumption. Increasingly, fuel level measurement and remote monitoring is implemented for diesel power generator sets, heating equipment rooms and corporate gas stations.

Fuel tank monitoring allows fleet manager or machinery supervisor to:

  • measure precise volumes of fuel tank refill;
  • Detect fuel siphoning from fuel tank;
  • Prevent fuel theft from tank (e.g. underfilling or siphoning);
  • Reveal fuel mixing with extraneous liquids (e.g. waste oil);
  • Compare fuel quality of different suppliers/gas stations;
  • Indirectly define fuel consumption;
  • Schedule supply tank refill of stationary engine.
